John Heubusch - Chief Operating Officer
John is responsible for the operations, administration, and lines of business that comprise Brahma Holdings, the parent company of MedNeutral. John has C-level operating leadership experience from his years at Gateway, Inc, the Fortune 500 computer icon, as well as at Avalon Capital, a wholly-owned private investment company. John also has experience in the nonprofit and government sectors where he served as President of the Waitt Family Foundation, Vice President for Marketing and Communications of the American Red Cross, and as Chief of Staff to Labor Secretary Elizabeth Dole.
Kevin M. Loftus - Vice President of Operations
Vice President of Operations- Kevin is an accomplished operating executive with expertise in the areas of new distribution technology, business process consulting, and information systems implementation. He has held a number of finance and planning positions of increasing responsibility at Arthur Andersen and in the Entertainment industry, including Vice-President of International Finance & Planning within The Walt Disney Studios.
Kevin has a B.A. in International Business Administration from Saint Xavier University, an MBA in strategy and marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Dan McGarry - Vice President, Product Development
Dan has in excess of 25 years of claims experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry. During his tenure in claims, he had technical and operational management responsibility for as many as 700 claim professionals and annual loss cost payments in excess of $1 billion. At Farmers Insurance Exchange, he was the national director of Workers Compensation and MedPay/PIP claims. He was instrumental in creating and implementing software to improve decision-making and drive out operational redundancy.
Dan is a licensed physical damage appraiser, has served on the Board of Directors for the California Workers Compensation Institute, and holds designation as CPCU/AIC. Dan has a B.A. in Mathematics from Temple University.
Larry Mercer - Vice President, Technology
Larry has over 25 years experience in technology development and management. As VP, Technology, Larry will be responsible for all technology activities at Brahma. Prior to joining Brahma, Larry was Vice President of Engineering at Indyme Solutions, a leading provider of customer conversion solutions for the retail industry. Prior to Indyme, Larry held technology-related executive positions with Cayenta, SVI, and Expersoft. His range of experience includes all aspects of enterprise technology, product development, project management, and implementation.
Larry holds a B.S. degree in Math/Computer Science from Purdue University and a M.S. degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Michael Molina - Chief Human Resource Officer
Michael has more than twenty years experience as a HR executive in providing HR and OD strategy to corporate and business groups worldwide. Michael has played an active role on executive teams of global organizations proving guidance on the human resource function. Most recently he was the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Advanced Marketing Services, a book distributor, wholesaler and publisher. Prior to this current role, Michael was with EquaTerra, a sourcing solutions organization. Michael has also held executive positions at Gateway and Mobil Corporation. Michael's international experience includes work in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Barbados, Venezuela, Chile, Argentina, Canada, Ireland and Malaysia.
Michael holds a B.S. degree in journalism with an emphasis in public relations and a M.S. degree in industrial relations both from West Virginia University.
Jim Rosen - Vice President, Strategy and Distribution
Jim is responsible for developing the strategic direction for MedNeutral and related offerings, and managing all aspects of distribution.
Jim has served the insurance industry for over 15 years, holding positions as a Partner in IBM's Business Consulting Services group, Director of Insurance for IBM's Insurance Vertical in the Americas, as Global Strategist for IBM's Insurance vertical and segment manager for IBM's Global P&C vertical. Prior to IBM, Jim was an executive in Accenture's Insurance Strategy practice, and began his career in Insurance with AIG.
Throughout his career, Jim has focused on helping insurers to define business strategies aligned with their current and future capabilities, while enabling these strategies through operational and technology transformation.
Jim has earned a Masters in International Affairs from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and a BA in History and Chinese Language from Brown University.
Joe E. Russell - General Counsel
Joe brings over 25 years of legal and business experience and assists with a variety of transactional matters. He has advised companies to successful conclusions of angel, venture, and investment banking financings, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and, international operations. He has served on the Board of Directors of numerous companies, including several Far East subsidiaries for Texas Instruments Incorporated, where he also served as general counsel.
Joe is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a BBA, with honors, in finance and accounting and received his J.D. from the Southern Methodist University, School of Law.
