MedNeutral's MROTM solution extracts critical information and presents medical context to support decision making in the claims handling process. MRO comprises a multi-stage process in which medical files are digitized, indexed, abstracted, and analyzed. The result is a highly structured and web-based medical summary that allows adjustors to efficiently and accurately incorporate medical facts and context into each stage of the claims handling process, including reserve setting, investigation, adjudication, settlement, and subrogation.
