MedNeutral performs triage with a range of solutions and converts the records into structured data that is chronologically organized, indexed and summarized by medically trained professional. MedNeutral enhances the services of attorneys, paralegals and claim processor by enabling them to more quickly understand and review relevant medical facts and analyze the legitimacy of a claim, possible defenses and valuation of the claim.
Records processed through MedNeutral provides medical context, identifies pre-existing conditions and reports missing records. MedNeutral also highlights key factors for the reviewer such as proximate cause, alternate causation and other factors which may mitigate damages. These factors can be integrated into a settlement matrix for class action resolution.
Processed data can be searched and shared with as many other users as the law firm authorizes, plus the user can apply electronic “sticky-notes” to their review which may be shared with others or not. The solution can also be a central repository for the medical records, allowing multiple law firms to access the processed information as well as to split the costs.
